Children’s Sunday School
Our vibrant Sunday School serves children from ages 3 through high school.
Currently our Sunday School classes are set up in five week blocks, each one pertaining to a different topic: the Ten Commandments, the Lord’s Prayer, the Apostle’s Creed, etc. Children love the high energy format that includes time for Bible stories, karaoke singing, arts and crafts, and plenty of laughter along the way.
Each year the Sunday School gives Bibles to our boys and girls who are entering the third grade. We encourage all our youth to read the Scriptures and ask questions as part of their faith journey.
During the Christmas season, the children eagerly rehearse their parts in the Sunday School Christmas Program, which is then shared with a full-house congregation on Christmas Eve.
Older youth, once they are confirmed, join in the high school Sunday School class. There the teens discuss faith, belief, and issues that are important to teens at this time in their lives.
Adult Sunday School
Each week while the children’s Sunday School meets, a lively adult forum also gathers to discuss what God’s word has to say about current events, faith, and living in our modern world.
